Ingredients

  • 2 cups of rolled oats
  • 1 cup of mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, and cashews)
  • 1/2 cup of honey
  • 1/4 cup of brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup of dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup of chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup of melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats and mixed nuts.
  3. In a saucepan, heat the honey, brown sugar, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt over low heat until well combined.
  4. Pour the honey mixture over the oats and nuts, and stir until everything is evenly coated.
  5. Spread the mixture into the prepared baking pan and press it down firmly.
  6. Sprinkle the dried cranberries and chocolate chips on top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the edges turn golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before cutting into bars.
