Ingredients

  • 2 slices of whole wheat bread
  • 1/2 cup of peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup of jelly or jam
  • 1 carrot, sliced into sticks
  • 1 celery stalk, sliced into sticks

  • 1 cup of cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup of grapes
  • 1 cheese stick
