  • 1 cup of bamboo shoots
  • 1 tablespoon of fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar

  2. Add the sliced chicken and cook until it turns white.
  3. Pour in the coconut milk and stir well.
  4. Add the lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, and bamboo shoots.
  5. Season with fish sauce and sugar, and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh Thai basil leaves.
